A couple weeks ago, J and I had a leisurely lunch date while the Subaru was being services. Because that's what we do now, we steal away for some quality time during oil changes and other random life-admin tasks.
The dealership in Kennesaw is right across the street from our favorite KBBQ spot, and after we ate, we started walking a few doors down to The Ice Kitchen.
Except, The Ice Kitchen wasn't there.
I was sorely disappointed. I had my heart set on some rolled ice cream, but I yielded to the call of this new boba spot that had taken it's place instead: Tiger Sugar.
And now, I'm hooked.
I haven't even thought about The Ice Kitchen again until I sat down to write this post.
I've been back two more times since then, even though it's kinda out of the way for me. But there's also a Target in the adjacent shopping center, so I rationalize the trip with a Target run. Because we always need something from Target.
The patio is cute and quaint, too. Simple tables with umbrellas for shade and pretty scenery.
