It's all in the presentation. I think there's some scientific study out there that says our brains enjoy things more when they look better. Aesthetics plays a big role!

when I visited Texas I seen an ice cream place similar, I'm sure there out her in NYC but I can't bother with the search lol, looks like it was delicious.
Not sure what it is about rolled ice cream, and it may just be a mind thing, but it totally tastes better than ice cream in the container. LOL!
