1. Raven's puppy dog eyes come out in full force when she wants to get on the bed. The trick to resisting is to NOT look into her blue eye. If you look into the blue eye, you'll give in to whatever she wants.
2. I felt the need to share the self-help book pictured above. (many of them are currently 20-30% off at Barnes & Noble right now). Somehow I managed to make two trips there this weekend, and it brought me back to my college days spent in their cafe, writing papers until closing. Barnes & Noble was always more calming than the library. Maybe it was the smell of coffee.
3 & 4. More bike riding went down yesterday, and I realized that you'll never notice how many hills are in your neighborhood until you try to bike/run them. The views, however, are well worth the cardio.

Awww Raven is soooo cute! I can see how easy it would be to give into her wishes haha. I used to be a Borders fan until they went out of business (tear) so now I'm team Barnes & Noble by default lol. I totally agree that bookstores provide the perfect setting for being productive. As much as I love libraries, they're too quiet for me. I need a little noise and food near by to help me focus. And good for you girl! Keep up with the bike riding Disa!
